Hi everyone,

I’m looking for new flooring for my home and would appreciate some advice from people who have pets. I need something that can handle scratches, muddy paws and occasional spills without being too difficult to clean.

I like the appearance of wood flooring, but I’m unsure whether solid wood, engineered wood or vinyl would be the most practical choice. What has worked well for you, and are there any finishes that help hide everyday marks?
